Description

I'm always amazed at the skill required to be able to lasso a running calf both around the neck and feet as this portion of the rodeo competition requires. Horse and man seem to know exactly what is required by and expected of the other. As I watch these guys ply their trade, I cant help but ponder that it reeks of proud masculinity, a love of being part of a now rare iconic breed, and love of the disappearing open range. Pretty special people all in all.
