Is that the actual name of the structure or just your title? I LOVE it! It does look as if you could keep going forever on this gracefully curving walk. This was one of my two pod's in the Best of Minimalism group for April 8.

Dry Tortugas National Park. This is the walk that bounds the moat around Fort Jefferson - one of several POW camps for soldiers of the Civil War. .The Fort is located about 70 miles west of Key West, FL sitting in the water (literally) at the juncture of Gulf of Mexico ant the Atlantic Ocean. Accessible only by boat or seaplane, the park is known the world over as the home of magnificent Fort Jefferson, picturesque blue waters, superlative coral reefs and marine life, and the vast assortment of bird life that frequents the area.

Ginger Stein

The power of light - often juxtaposed with the lack of it in the shadows, is what permits any photographer to share his or her unique perspective of the world. Stories and moments captured through a lens. I share what impacts me, delights me, disturbs me. I specialize in land / waterscape, macro, black and white, architectural, and minimalist photography. It's difficult to explain why I find capturing the world around me so addictive - a rushing mountain waterfall surrounded by the brilliant colors of fall, the incredible microscopic beauty of a flower center, the graphic simplicity of an architectural element, the distorted reflection of one skyscraper in the windows of another, a violent purple sky traced by lightning are all part...
