Description
An evening view of San Carlos Bay, Floirda, USA - part of the Gulf of Mexico - from the Sanibel Causeway. This is a great spot to enjoy the expansive skies - from both sides of the causeway. On some nights, you can see amazing sunsets on one side, and then turn around and enjoy the alpenglow effect on the other side. This was taken during the summer when we get storms pretty much daily in the afternoon and evening. Nothing like a tropical 15-minute deluge to clear the air a bit! And the lightning shows are spectacular!
