Artist's Description
We set out on a dawn run in the waters around St. Augustine, Florida, USA to photograph marine and wading birds. We were treated to watching the shrimp trawlers ply their trade as well. Just as I shot this image, a mother water bird swam by with her entire brood in tow...all in a row.
